Eligible properties include virginia residential purchase or sale of real estate that is land and everything that's permanently attached to it, whether natural or artificial, such as:
Condominiums, Co-Op, Detached/ Single Family, Duplexes, Townhouses, Semi-detached, New Build, Manufactured & Manufactured [mobile] *
* Mobile home must have its wheels and/or other equipment used for mobility, removed; be attached to real estate; and the vehicle title has been canceled via surrender to the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles
* 25% benefit is based off of at least 2.5% buyer/ seller agent commission rate.
